  • Which industries will use rotary cutting machines?
    Mainly used in wood processing industries, such as plywood manufacturing and veneer production. It is also commonly used in the furniture manufacturing industry to obtain thin plate raw materials for furniture making. The field of building formwork production is also inseparable from rotary cutting machines, which are used to make formwork required for construction by rotary cutting wood.
  • What are the special requirements for the use of rotary cutting machines in the artificial board industry?
    The rotary cutting accuracy is extremely high, because artificial boards have strict requirements on the uniformity of veneer thickness, and excessive thickness deviation will affect the quality stability and strength of artificial boards. At the same time, it is hoped that the rotary cutting machine has efficient and continuous production capabilities to meet the needs of large-scale production of artificial boards.
  • Can the rotary cutting machine be customized according to specific wood types?
    Yes, different woods have different densities, hardness, and texture trends. We will customize parameters such as tool material, speed, and rotary cutting pressure according to the characteristics of the wood. For example, for red wood with high density, it is equipped with harder and more wear-resistant tools and a more powerful drive system.
  • If there are special requirements for the thickness tolerance of rotary cut veneers, can it be achieved?
    No problem at all. We upgrade the CNC system and match it with high-precision sensors to monitor the peeling thickness in real time, accurately control the tool feed rate, and control the thickness tolerance within a very small range to meet the high-precision thickness tolerance requirements.
  • How long is the delivery cycle of a customized peeling machine?
    Usually, delivery is within 5-12 weeks after the customization plan is determined and the advance payment is received. However, the actual delivery cycle will be affected by factors such as the complexity of customization and the supply of raw materials. We will specify the specific time in the contract and communicate with you at any time about the progress.
