The one-to-two peeling machine production line customized by Alva Woodworking Machinery Company for Vietnamese customers has been installed and debugged, and officially put into production at the local site in Vietnam. The production line integrates core equipment such as a feeder, a rounding machine, two CNC peeling machines and a stacker to build an automated system for the entire process of wood processing.
The feeder adopts an intelligent recognition system, which can automatically grab logs of different specifications and accurately transport them to the rounding machine station. The rounding machine uses a multi-axis linkage device to quickly peel and shape the logs to ensure that the diameter error of the wood entering the peeling process is ≤5mm. The two CNC peeling machines are driven by an intelligent linkage system, which automatically adjusts the knife gap and speed according to the log parameters to achieve high-precision processing of single board thickness of ±0.1mm. According to actual measurements, the efficiency of the dual-machine collaborative operation is 60% higher than that of traditional single-machine equipment. The peeled single board is transported to the stacker by a conveyor belt. The stacker completes the stacking of single boards through a visual positioning system. The height error of each stack is controlled at ±1cm to ensure the stability of subsequent transportation and storage.
The equipment is equipped with a high temperature and high humidity environmental protection module to adapt to Vietnam's climatic conditions and extend the equipment's service life. The Alva technical team participated in the project implementation throughout the process, completing equipment positioning and installation, circuit system construction, parameter calibration, and other tasks, and conducted operation training for customer operators. The production manager of the Vietnamese customer said that the equipment installation cycle was in line with the contract agreement, and the operators had mastered the equipment operation after training, and the automation level and production indicators of the assembly line met expectations.
Alva Woodworking Machinery has long been deployed in the international market. The commissioning of the Vietnam project reflects its technical research and development capabilities and customized service level. In the future, Alva will continue to provide equipment solutions and technical support to global wood processing companies.
