The production and inspection process of the Nigerian customer order undertaken by Alva Woodworking Machinery Company has been completed. The entire set of woodworking assembly line equipment has been loaded on the designated date and will be shipped to the Nigerian customer site.
This order covers core equipment and supporting facilities such as rotary cutters, rounding machines, and sawmills. Among them, the rotary cutter adopts a CNC system, which can achieve a precision control of the thickness of the single board of ±0.1mm; the rounding machine is equipped with a multi-axis linkage device, and the diameter error of the wood can be controlled within ≤5mm after the logs are peeled and shaped; the sawmill is equipped with a high-precision cutting tool and transmission system, and the cutting size error range is ≤2mm. Each equipment is efficiently connected through modular design to form a full-process production line for wood processing.
During the production period, the Alva technical team conducted targeted debugging of equipment parameters based on the local wood processing needs and plant layout in Nigeria. Before the equipment leaves the factory, 12 quality inspection processes such as no-load operation test and precision calibration are completed to ensure compliance with international industrial standards.
The loading process strictly follows international transportation regulations, using shock-proof and moisture-proof packaging materials, special protection for precision parts such as the rotary cutter spindle and sawmill blade, and complete equipment fixing and container reinforcement operations. Subsequent transportation will be handled by a professional logistics team, tracking logistics information throughout the process to ensure the safe arrival of the equipment.
Alva Woodworking Machinery said that after the equipment arrives, technicians will go to Nigeria to carry out installation and commissioning, system joint debugging and operator training to ensure that the production line is put into operation on schedule. The delivery of this order further deepens Alva's business layout in the African market and reflects the company's customized equipment solutions and cross-border delivery service capabilities.
