01
The steel rollers are forged from high-carbon alloy steel or chromium-manganese steel. After quenching and tempering, their surface hardness reaches HRC55-60, with compressive strength far exceeding that of ordinary steel. Even with long-term processing of hardwoods (such as oak and walnut) with diameters of 30-200mm, the roller surface is free from deformation and dents, ensuring precise cylindricity. This fundamentally eliminates processing defects such as "ovality" and "eccentricity" in the wood caused by roller deformation, and the roundness error of the finished product is controlled within 0.5mm.
02
The steel rollers feature a spiral or staggered tooth pattern, with precision-ground teeth for exceptional sharpness and unobstructed chip chutes. They simultaneously perform the triple functions of "extrusion, cutting, and rounding," reducing the processing time per log by 20% to 30% compared to conventional steel rollers. They are suitable for conveying speeds of 15 to 30 meters per minute, meeting the demands of mass production.
03
The steel roller diameter (150-400mm), length (500-2000mm) and tooth density can be customized according to the diameter of the wood to be processed (10-300mm) and the material (hardwood/softwood), adapting to the processing needs of different products such as round logs, mop poles, furniture legs, pavilion columns, etc.
