Alva's mesh belt veneer dryer adopts the design of "flat conveying + hot air penetration". Veneers are fully spread on the mesh belt without overlapping or squeezing. Hot air can penetrate both the upper and lower sides of the veneers simultaneously, ensuring that each veneer is heated uniformly across its entire surface and has a consistent moisture evaporation rate.
The moisture content deviation of the dried veneers can be controlled within ±1%, with a smooth and flat surface free from defects such as warping, shrinkage, and local cracking. It is particularly suitable for drying decorative veneers with extremely high appearance requirements, as it can maximize the retention of the natural texture and color of the wood.
Meanwhile, the equipment adopts a fully continuous feeding and discharging design, which can form a seamlessly connected production line with the front-end veneer peeling machine, cutting machine, and the back-end gluing machine and veneer composing machine.
It eliminates the need for manual batch feeding and discharging, significantly shortening the production cycle. Compared with the problems of easy indentation in roller type and uneven heating due to stacking in rotary drum type, Alva's mesh belt veneer dryer improves drying quality from the source through the innovative design of "flexible mesh belt flat laying + two-way hot air penetration".
The high-strength stainless steel mesh belt allows veneers to be fully stretched without extrusion, and the hot air penetrating synchronously from top and bottom forms a full-domain uniform heat exchange environment, ensuring consistent moisture evaporation rate across the entire veneer surface.
The final moisture content is accurately and stably controlled, which is better than the industry average standard. The dried veneers have a mirror-smooth surface, completely eliminating the micro-warpage remaining from rotary cutting, while avoiding scratches, cracks and other damages caused by hard contact, with the veneer loss rate controlled at an extremely low level.

The equipment adopts a full-process automatic design, realizing unattended continuous operation from wet veneer feeding to dry veneer discharging.
The front end can be accurately connected with the rotary cutting machine and shearing machine, and the back end is seamlessly connected with the gluing machine and veneer composing machine, completely eliminating the manual transfer and batch loading and unloading links of traditional equipment, and significantly shortening the production cycle.
A single standard model has considerable hourly processing capacity. For the demand of capacity upgrading, there is no need to replace the whole machine, and the production capacity can be improved through modular transformation.
