Our rotary cutters can be divided into two types: carded rotary cutters and cardless rotary cutters. Carded rotary cutters are suitable for cutting large-diameter wood, while cardless rotary cutters are suitable for cutting small-diameter wood. Double roller structure: It can improve the stability. The double roller peeling machine fixes the knife table on the frame, which is more stable during operation and can effectively ensure the uniformity of peeling. The smoothness of the board skin can reach the best effect, ensuring the continuous peeling process and providing basic support for high-quality peeling.

High-strength wear-resistant material: High-quality steel is selected, which has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high elasticity and high strength. After multiple precision processes, it has high strength and strong wear resistance. For example, the roller with ultra-quiet hardened gear reducer can effectively reduce wear and tear during operation, reduce the probability of failure, extend the service life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs due to its high hardness.

High-precision control: The CNC system uses digital signal processing and precision servo drive technology to achieve millimeter-level or even micron-level precision control of parameters such as the position of the peeling tool holder, feed speed, and roller speed. For example, the peeling thickness can be automatically adjusted according to the change in log diameter to ensure uniform veneer thickness (error controlled within ±0.05mm), and the surface flatness and smoothness far exceed traditional mechanical control, greatly reducing the scrap rate, especially suitable for high-end plywood, decorative veneer and other scenes with extremely high precision requirements.

Precise control of processing accuracy:internationally renowned brand motors are used, which are powerful and reliable, and have large torque characteristics suitable for processing hardwood (such as eucalyptus, miscellaneous wood, etc.), making the board skin forming smoother, ensuring the uniform thickness of the peeled wood, ensuring the consistent quality of the veneer, and having good overload capacity and environmental adaptability. It can operate stably under different working conditions, reduce the probability of failure, and meet the needs of high-precision processing.

High-efficiency servo motor:The servo motor drives the precision screw feed, which can accurately control the moving speed and position of the peeling knife, so that the uniformity error of the veneer thickness is controlled within ±1mm, which greatly improves the quality of the veneer. It can still maintain a strong and uniform cutting force during low-speed heavy cutting, ensuring a smooth peeling process. Even if the knife is stopped and restarted at high speed, it can avoid peel breakage. Whether it is low-speed fine processing or high-speed mass production, it can be flexibly adapted to significantly improve production efficiency.
