ALVA 4-Foot Plywood Gluing Machine is specially designed for standardized plywood production lines, with core advantages of "precision glue control, high-efficiency adaptability and stable low consumption".

It is suitable for 1220mm×2440mm standard 4-foot veneers and various customized substrates, and is widely used in gluing operations of various woods such as poplar, pine and rubber wood.

/Product Advantages/

The machine body is welded with Q235 steel plates and undergoes aging treatment to eliminate stress, with a frame deformation of ≤0.2mm/m, ensuring long-term operation stability. The gluing roller bearings adopt imported precision tapered roller bearings, and combined with the automatic lubrication system, their service life is extended to more than 8000 hours. The glue tank is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, effectively avoiding glue residue contamination. The total power of the equipment is only 11kW, which reduces energy consumption by 18% compared with traditional gluing machines. Equipped with an intelligent standby function, it automatically switches to a low-power mode when not in operation, further reducing the production electricity cost.

It adopts a PLC touch control system, equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen and a preset storage function for 10 groups of common process parameters. Operators can quickly retrieve parameters according to wood types and glue types, which is easy for novices to master. The system supports linkage control with front-end and back-end equipment (such as veneer cutting machines and hot presses), realizing the full-process automatic connection of "feeding-gluing-conveying" and reducing manual intervention. It has a built-in glue temperature monitoring module (control accuracy ±1℃), which can automatically adjust the glue heat preservation system according to the ambient temperature, avoiding glue coagulation at low temperature or glue deterioration at high temperature, and ensuring gluing stability.

The equipment is equipped with complete safety protection devices, including emergency stop buttons, protective fences and motor overload protection systems, which comply with the GB 5226.1 mechanical safety standard. The whole machine has an 18-month warranty, and the core components (gluing roller, metering roller) have a 24-month warranty. The after-sales team provides 24/7 technical support to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and provide reliable guarantee for the large-scale production of enterprises.

/Production Process/

1. Pre-production Preparation：Verify the veneer specifications (1220mm×2440mm and customized sizes) and check the moisture content (8%-12% is appropriate); adjust the equipment parameters, set the glue layer thickness (0.1-0.5mm) and conveying speed, and start the glue heat preservation system (temperature control ±1℃).

2. Feeding & Gluing ：The veneer is centrally conveyed through the feeding table, and double-sided uniform gluing is completed by the double-roller synchronous gluing mechanism. The glue recovery system operates simultaneously to avoid waste.

3. Connecting & Conveying ：After gluing, the veneer is accurately conveyed to the next process (such as a hot press) by the frequency conversion conveyor belt. The system linkage ensures seamless connection of feeding-gluing-conveying.

4. Post-production Inspection：Randomly inspect the gluing uniformity of the veneer, clean the glue residue in the glue tank and on the roller surface, turn off the equipment power, and record the production parameters and equipment operation status.
