![]() | Product Introduction |
As a core connecting equipment in the plywood and veneer processing production line, the Alwa Veneer Stacker takes "precision stacking, efficient connection and intelligent adaptation" as its design core.
It is specially developed to solve the pain points of traditional manual stacking, such as low efficiency, irregular stacking and easy damage to veneers. Whether it is matched with a peeling machine and a dryer to form a continuous production line, or used as a standalone unit for small and medium-sized workshops, it can become a key equipment to improve production efficiency with its stable performance and flexible configuration.

It adopts a dual-protection design of "bilateral positioning + lifting buffer". The veneer achieves precise alignment within ±2mm through the infrared centering device, avoiding edge and corner wear caused by stacking deviation. The lifting platform starts and stops at a slow speed, and after each layer of stacking, it automatically adjusts the height and lightly presses to fix, which not only ensures the stack is compact and stable (with a maximum height of 1800mm) but also prevents creases and damage caused by hard pressing. It is suitable for stacking both softwood and hardwood veneers, reducing the surface defect rate by more than 90% and minimizing subsequent rework.
It provides diversified solutions for different production scales: in the production line, it can be seamlessly connected with dryers and veneer clippers to realize full automation of the "drying - stacking - cutting" process; when used as a standalone unit, it supports dual-mode switching between manual and automatic, adapting to the flexible control needs of small and medium-sized workshops. With a modular body design, the height of the feeding port and the stacking direction can be adjusted on demand, compatible with full-size, half-size and special-shaped veneers, covering production in multiple fields such as furniture and decorative panels.
The load-bearing components of the machine body are welded with high-strength section steel and undergo aging treatment, resulting in excellent deformation resistance and stable operation even under long-term high-load conditions. The conveying rollers and positioning claws are made of wear-resistant composite materials, which reduce veneer wear and extend the service life of vulnerable parts. The intelligent early warning system monitors the equipment status in real time, automatically shuts down and sends prompts when abnormalities occur. Combined with the modular maintenance design, it shortens the maintenance time and ensures continuous production.
