Compared with traditional asynchronous motors, it has significantly lower energy consumption, which can save considerable operating costs in long-term use. The motor has an extremely fast response speed; when the diameter of the wood log changes suddenly (such as in knot areas), it can quickly adjust the rotation speed, avoiding veneer tearing caused by delayed power output. In addition, the motor adopts a silent bearing design, which controls the operating noise at a low level and effectively improves the workshop working environment.

It adopts a hydraulically driven quick tool change structure, and is equipped with standardized tool fixtures, which enables tool assembly and disassembly without additional tools, greatly improving the tool change efficiency compared with the traditional bolt fixing method. The tool post angle supports wide-range stepless adjustment, and can match the optimal cutting angle according to the hardness of the wood species - increasing the angle during hardwood processing to reduce cutting resistance, and reducing the angle during softwood processing to improve surface smoothness. In addition, the tool post is equipped with a dust-proof and sealed design to prevent wood dust from invading and affecting the transmission accuracy, thereby reducing the maintenance frequency.
