The Alva Woodworking Team Officially Started The One-to-two Peeling Machine Production Line Customized for Brazilian Customers

The one-to-two peeling machine assembly line project tailored by the woodworking team of Shandong Alva Machinery Co., Ltd. for Brazilian customers has officially started. The project aims to provide efficient and intelligent plywood production solutions for Brazilian wood processing companies and help the local wood processing industry achieve automation upgrades.

The one-to-two peeling machine assembly line customized for Brazilian customers was specially developed by the Alva woodworking team based on the production needs of customers, the characteristics of local wood raw materials and site conditions. The assembly line is centered on two high-precision peeling machines, equipped with automatic feeding systems, veneer processing equipment, glue coating units and hot pressing equipment, forming a complete production line from log feeding to finished plywood output. Among them, the peeling machine adopts advanced CNC technology, which can accurately control the thickness of veneers and adapt to the peeling needs of different types of wood. The dual-machine collaborative operation design can greatly improve production efficiency. It is expected to process more than 20 cubic meters of logs per hour, which is significantly more efficient than the traditional production model.

In order to ensure that the assembly line can operate stably in Brazil, the Alva woodworking team conducted sufficient research and technical demonstration in the early stage. In view of the hardness and high density of Brazilian tropical hardwood, the rotary cutter knives have been specially treated and structurally optimized to enhance wear resistance and cutting ability; at the same time, considering the local climatic conditions, the electrical system and transmission components of the equipment are designed to adapt to high temperature and high humidity environments to ensure long-term operation stability.

After the project starts, the Alva Woodworking team will promote the production, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of the equipment according to the established plan. The team will strictly control every production link to ensure that the quality and performance of the equipment meet the design standards. Later, after the equipment is completed, professional technicians will be sent to Brazil to be responsible for on-site installation, commissioning and operator training to ensure that customers can smoothly start production.
