Shandong Alva Machinery Co., Ltd. has focused on the woodworking machinery field for 30 years. Adhering to the corporate tenet of "Creating value for customers and benefits for partners", the company takes "Product quality is produced, not inspected" as its core business philosophy. Every product undergoes research and development, practical application and strict quality inspection.
With reliable quality, its products have passed multiple international authoritative certifications including CE and SGS, and are sold well in both domestic and foreign markets. They not only occupy a significant position in the domestic woodworking machinery sector, but also successfully completed the installation and commissioning of veneer peeling machine production lines in Vietnam and other regions, helping local enterprises enhance their production capacity and market competitiveness.
Meanwhile, the company has established a comprehensive service system, providing services such as overseas equipment installation and commissioning, operator training, and 24-hour online consultation. Both the whole machine and key components are covered by warranty, with the after-sales team responding within 48 hours. In addition, the company offers product customization and personalized packaging services to fully meet the needs of customers at home and abroad.

ALVA Wood Strip Peeling Machine is a fully automatic CNC veneer peeling equipment designed for the plywood, blockboard, and wood-based panel industries. It can peel logs/wood strips into continuous and uniform veneers, compatible with multiple tree species such as poplar, pine, and eucalyptus.
Balancing high precision and high productivity, it supports mainstream specifications including 4FT/6FT/8FT, and can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into production lines.
Boasting strong adaptability, it is capable of processing logs/wood strips of different diameters and lengths, compatible with both softwood and hardwood, while supporting customized processing lengths and thickness ranges to meet diverse order requirements.
With stability and reliability as core advantages, it is equipped with a heavy-duty frame and hardened components to ensure stable operation and low failure rate, and its hydraulic/servo feeding system maintains precision even under load fluctuations.
Additionally, it features easy operation and maintenance through a user-friendly human-machine interface with one-key parameter setting and a modular design that enables convenient inspection and maintenance, complemented by comprehensive after-sales service and spare parts support to minimize downtime.

1. Furniture production: Creates thin veneers for table tops and cabinets
2. Interior decoration: Makes decorative veneers for walls and ceilings
3. Packaging industry: Produces veneer sheets for premium packaging
4. Musical instrument manufacturing: Precisely peels wood for guitar bodies

Leading Processing Precision and Adaptability
Equipped with a high-precision CNC feeding system and hardened roller assemblies (such as the toothed roller motor-driven roller structure shown in the figure), it can stably adapt to the processing of multiple softwood and hardwood species including poplar and pine. The veneer thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.1mm, and it supports customized processing of wood strips with different diameters/lengths to meet diverse order requirements.
High Stability and Low Operation & Maintenance Costs
The whole machine adopts a heavy-duty frame and modular design (including independent drive units such as double-roller motors and feeding motors). Key components are subjected to hardening treatment, and combined with a hydraulic/servo composite feeding system, it maintains stable operation even under load fluctuations, reducing the failure rate by more than 30%. The modular structure plus supporting spare parts support shortens maintenance time by 40%, effectively ensuring production continuity.
Automated and Efficient Production
Integrated with intelligent devices such as automatic wood core extraction and automatic tool adjustment (such as the automatic tool gap adjustment arm and automatic wood core extraction device shown in the figure), it realizes one-key parameter setting through a user-friendly human-machine interface. A single machine can achieve the full-process automation of "loading - peeling - unloading", and is compatible with standalone operation or integration into plywood/wood-based panel production lines, adapting to production capacity requirements of different scales.
