Alva Machinery ALVA-MY-02 Continuous Feeding Log Cutting Machine As the upgraded model of TX series log processing equipment, ALVA-MY-02 supports logs with a length range of 50cm to 200cm and is equipped with an automatic continuous feeding system for stable and efficient feeding.
This machine is compatible with pine, fir, mixed hardwood, rubber wood, acacia, poplar and various other logs. It can realize single or multiple logs squaring as well as board slicing, and works smoothly for both dry and wet timber without extra restrictions.

Alva Machinery ALVA-MY-02 Auto Feeding Log Multi Rip Saw

Independently developed by Alva Machinery, model ALVA-MY-02 is designed for log cutting, applicable to logs ranging from 50cm to 200cm in length. Equipped with continuous conveying feeding structure, it realizes non-stop feeding and greatly boosts production efficiency.

The machine boasts great material compatibility. It can process pine, fir, poplar, rubber wood, acacia and various mixed timbers. It can square single or multiple logs at the same time and slice logs into thin boards. Stable cutting performance is guaranteed for both air-dried dry wood and fresh wet wood without jamming.

It fits the pre-processing procedures of various panels, such as finger joint boards, blockboards and cabinet decorative panels. It is an ideal processing machine for panel factories and log processing yards.

Full Flip-open Top Cover for Easy Maintenance

Hydraulic flip cover fully exposes internal saw spindles, gears and blades after opening. Saw blade replacement, chip cleaning and mechanical inspection can be finished without disassembling the machine casing. Separated external control handles and electrical panel cut down maintenance time and reduce production downtime greatly.

Wide Panel Production Compatibility
