Manual Feeding Hot Pressis a basic pressing equipment specially designed for small-scale plate processing factories and start-ups. It features core advantages of "simple structure, easy operation and low investment cost".
It is mainly suitable for the pressing of basic plates such as plywood and blockboard, and is particularly ideal for small-batch and multi-category production scenarios, making it a cost-effective choice for the entry stage of plate processing.
Full-process Intelligent Linkage: It seamlessly connects with front-end feeding machines and back-end cutting machines through the PLC central control system, realizing full-process automation of "plate conveying - blank assembly - pressing - finished product output" without manual intervention. The single-shift production efficiency is 80% higher than that of semi-automatic models, and 24-hour continuous operation is achievable.

Blank Preparation: Manually select veneers with consistent specifications (e.g., 3-40mm thickness), check the moisture content (8%-12% is appropriate), and complete blank assembly in accordance with process requirements to ensure correct veneer grain direction and uniform glue layer.
Parameter Presetting: Manually adjust the hot pressing temperature (80-160℃), pressing pressure (6-10MPa) and pressure holding time (30-200s) via the equipment knobs. Determine the parameters by referring to the process manual based on the plate material (poplar/pine).
Manual Feeding: Two operators cooperate to smoothly push the assembled blank to the center of the hot pressing plate, ensure no deviation of the plate, and manually close the equipment protective baffle.
Manual Start Pressing: Press the equipment start button; the mechanical structure drives the hot pressing plate to move down to complete pressure application. Operators shall be on duty throughout the process to observe the equipment operation status and avoid abnormal situations.
Pressure Relief & Unloading: After reaching the pressure holding time, the equipment automatically relieves pressure. Operators open the protective baffle, take out the pressed plate with special tools, and place it on the cooling rack.
Process Conclusion: Manually clean the residual glue on the hot pressing plate, check the equipment hydraulic oil level, record the production quantity of the current batch and the equipment operation status, and turn off the main power supply of the equipment.
