Alva's One-to-two Peeling Machine Plywood Production Line Has Completed Loading

The one-to-two peeling machine plywood production line independently developed by Shandong Alva Machinery Co., Ltd. has completed all production commissioning and cabinet loading operations, and will be shipped from Qingdao Port to India. This set of production lines integrates core processes such as peeling, trimming, gluing, and hot pressing, which can realize the automated continuous production of logs to plywood, and provide efficient and stable complete equipment solutions for local wood processing companies in India.


As customized equipment for large-scale production of plywood, the one-to-two peeling machine plywood production line consists of two high-precision peeling machines as the main machine, with auxiliary equipment such as automatic feeding devices, single board trimming machines, glue coating machines and multi-layer hot presses, forming a "dual machine parallel, process linkage" production mode. Among them, the peeling machine adopts a CNC servo system, which can automatically adjust the peeling thickness (range 0.3-3 mm) according to the diameter of the log, and the accuracy is controlled within ±0.05 mm to ensure the uniform thickness of the single board; the dual-machine collaborative operation design enables the production line to process 15-20 cubic meters of logs per hour, which is 80% higher than the production efficiency of traditional single machines, greatly reducing labor costs.


In order to adapt to the characteristics of local wood raw materials and production environment in India, Alva Machinery has carried out targeted optimization in the equipment research and development stage: the peeling tool is made of high-wear-resistant alloy material, which is suitable for a variety of raw materials such as tropical hardwood and cork; the hot press heating system adopts an energy-saving and environmentally friendly thermal oil furnace, which reduces energy consumption by 25% compared with traditional equipment; at the same time, the protection level of the whole machine is upgraded to IP54, which can adapt to the high temperature and dusty workshop environment and ensure long-term stable operation.


During the cabinet loading process, the technical team strictly follows the modular packaging standards. The core equipment is fixed by a customized steel frame, the precision parts are individually packaged and equipped with shock-proof buffer devices, and the cabinet is equipped with a full set of wearing parts, operation manuals (including English and Hindi versions) and remote debugging software. "From equipment design to container loading and shipment, we maintain full communication with customers and have completed the preliminary preparations such as installation site planning and power adaptation solutions in advance." The project leader of Alva Machinery introduced that after the equipment arrives at the port, the company's technical team will immediately go to India to be responsible for on-site assembly, commissioning and operator training to ensure that the full line is put into production within 45 days.


This assembly line export is an important breakthrough for Alva Machinery to expand the South Asian market in the field of wood processing equipment, and it is also a concrete manifestation of the cooperation between China and India in the field of wood processing technology. The commissioning of this equipment will help Indian customers improve the automation level and product quality of plywood production, and further meet the local construction and furniture industries' demand for high-quality plywood.
