Shandong Alva Machinery Co., Ltd. has focused on the woodworking machinery field for 30 years. Adhering to the corporate tenet of "Creating value for customers and benefits for partners", the company takes "Product quality is produced, not inspected" as its core business philosophy. Every product undergoes research and development, practical application and strict quality inspection.
With reliable quality, its products have passed multiple international authoritative certifications including CE and SGS, and are sold well in both domestic and foreign markets. They not only occupy a significant position in the domestic woodworking machinery sector, but also successfully completed the installation and commissioning of veneer peeling machine production lines in Vietnam and other regions, helping local enterprises enhance their production capacity and market competitiveness.
Meanwhile, the company has established a comprehensive service system, providing services such as overseas equipment installation and commissioning, operator training, and 24-hour online consultation. Both the whole machine and key components are covered by warranty, with the after-sales team responding within 48 hours. In addition, the company offers product customization and personalized packaging services to fully meet the needs of customers at home and abroad.

In the overall production chain of the plywood production line, the glue mixer serves as a core hub connecting the preceding and subsequent processes. The core properties of plywood—especially the bonding firmness, weather resistance, and service life between veneer layers—are directly linked to the quality of the glue.
The core function of the glue mixer is precisely to address this demand: it efficiently blends and fully stirs the components in strict accordance with the accurate proportions specified in the production process, completely breaking the physical boundaries between various components, and ultimately forming high-quality glue with uniform composition, stable viscosity, and controllable curing performance.
This stable-performance glue not only ensures uniform adhesion to the veneer surface during the gluing process but also fully penetrates the wood fibers in the subsequent pressing process, forming a dense adhesive layer with excellent strength. Fundamentally, it provides reliable guarantee for the firm bonding between veneers and avoids quality issues such as glue failure and delamination.

Complete preparation work before operation to lay the foundation for safe and stable operation:
Parameter Confirmation: According to the type of plywood, veneer material and production line rhythm, retrieve the corresponding glue formula, and clarify the proportion of each component (adhesive, curing agent, filler, etc.) as well as key parameters such as glue viscosity and curing time.
Equipment Inspection: ① Clean residues in the mixing tank and pipelines; ② Test the operation status of motors, metering pumps, etc.; ③ Calibrate the accuracy of sensors; ④ Check safety devices such as seals and safety valves.
Raw Material Preparation: ① Confirm the status of raw materials and connect the conveying pipelines; ② Adjust the jacket parameters according to the ambient temperature and humidity; ③ Prepare emergency tools and protective equipment.
Complete precise batching of multiple components through an automatic metering system, which is a core link to ensure glue performance:
Main Material Feeding: Start the metering pump to feed the adhesive into the mixing tank. When the liquid level is close to the preset value, reduce the speed for supplementary feeding to accurately control the dosage and prevent overflow.
Auxiliary Agent Addition: Convey auxiliary agents such as curing agents through a micro metering pump, and adopt the mode of "batch feeding + low-speed pre-mixing" to avoid premature curing of the glue caused by excessive local concentration.
Filler Feeding: Convey fillers through a screw feeder, and cooperate with a dispersing device to break up agglomerates. Reduce the speed when the material quantity is close to the target to ensure precise batching.
Adopt a gradient mixing mode to ensure uniform integration of various components of the glue and improve glue stability:
Preliminary Mixing: The main mixing paddle operates at a low speed to form a preliminary mixing system of various components and prevent fillers from depositing at the bottom of the tank.
High-Speed Homogenization: The main mixing paddle operates at a high speed and cooperates with the dispersion disc for shearing to break up component agglomerates; appropriately heat when the glue viscosity is high, and monitor the viscosity change in real time.
Constant-Temperature Aging: Reduce the mixing speed and control the temperature in the tank to be stable to promote glue aging. Sample and test the glue uniformity, and extend the high-speed homogenization time if it fails to meet the standard.
Link the front and rear processes of the production line to realize stable glue supply and real-time monitoring:
Glue Supply Startup: After the glue passes the test, convey it to the gluing machine through the heat preservation pipeline by the glue delivery pump. After initial pressure adjustment, switch to the automatic pressure stabilization mode.
Dynamic Monitoring and Supplementary Feeding: ① Monitor the glue stock in the tank in real time, and automatically trigger the batching process to realize continuous glue supply when the stock is insufficient; ② Monitor the glue viscosity and temperature online, and adjust automatically when there is an abnormality; ③ Link with the gluing machine, and switch to low-speed mixing to prevent glue stratification when the machine stops.
Abnormal Handling: When problems such as abnormal glue supply pressure and sudden viscosity change occur, the system will immediately alarm and cut off the glue supply, and guide the glue back to the mixing tank; after troubleshooting, the glue must be re-tested, and the glue supply can be resumed only if it is qualified.
After the completion of a single batch production or glue type change, thoroughly clean the equipment residues to avoid pollution and blockage:
Residual Glue Handling: Convey the remaining glue in the mixing tank to a temporary storage tank for later use, or recycle it in accordance with environmental protection requirements; direct discharge is prohibited.
Online Cleaning: Start the CIP cleaning system, and clean the inner wall of the tank, mixing paddle and pipelines according to the process of "clean water flushing - lye soaking - secondary flushing - air drying" to ensure no glue residue.
Equipment Reset and Record Keeping: Turn off the power supply and raw material valves, and reset the equipment components; record the production data of the batch and upload it to the system to provide a basis for subsequent optimization.
